Cancellation & Refund Policy

Solstice Perfumes believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

Once an order has been placed and the product has been dispatched for delivery, we cannot accept cancellations. We start processing orders immediately to ensure prompt delivery to our customers. Therefore, we encourage you to review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Solstice Perfumes does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, perfumes, Car Fresheners, Solid Perfumes etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within Only same day of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within Only same day days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

At Solstice Perfumes, we take pride in the quality of our products and aim for your complete satisfaction. In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged product or encounter any quality issues, please contact us within the same day of receiving your order. We will be happy to replace the product or initiate a refund, whichever you prefer.
For refunds, please note:

Refunds will be issued for the cost of the product only; delivery or shipping charges will not be refunded.

Refunds will be processed within 4-6 days after we receive the returned product and verify the issue.

Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
For replacements, please note:

We will arrange for the damaged or defective product to be picked up at no additional cost to you.

A replacement product will be dispatched as soon as possible after the return is received and verified.

To initiate a refund or replacement, please contact our customer service team in contact section of this website with your order details and a description of the issue.

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by Solstice Perfumes, it’ll take 6-8 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
